Packaging
We take great care in packaging your miniatures. Each piece is individually wrapped and cushioned in a sturdy cardboard box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
Address Accuracy
