We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we have a specific returns policy to ensure fairness for all customers.

Items that arrive broken or damaged during shipping
Significant print failures or quality issues beyond normal variations
If you receive an item different from what you ordered
Non-Returnable Items
As items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind

How to Request a Return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@fandrielwares.co.uk
- Provide your order number and a description of the issue
- Include photos clearly showing the damage or defect
- We'll respond within 48 hours with next steps
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 working days to your original payment method.
Refund Options
- Full Refund: For items that cannot be replaced or significant defects
- Replacement: We'll print and ship a new item at no cost
- Store Credit: Receive credit for future purchases (bonus 10% added)
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us. Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to price differences.
